GeorgiaI love this essential oil storage box, but.......
Love my essential oil storage box because I can now find everything I need in a snap. I had my oils in a large plastic container before and it was like an archaeologist digging for dinosaur bones when I needed to use my oils. Amazingly, all of the slots work perfectly and my oils are all snug in their own compartment. I really wish that this item was customizable from purchase rather than you having to order an additional insert to accommodate 100 bottles neatly. I ordered my box on Amazon and the description does not clarify that you have to buy an additional insert to make it hold 100 bottles neatly, so when it arrived I was looking for the additional insert in the box thinking it came with it, however there was no insert in the box. I did attempt to contact the seller twice on Amazon, but I did not receive any response at all. I am just finding out that the insert is an additional $7.00 here on this website. It would have been nice to get some type of response back to let me know this when I asked my question on 8/10/18 and 8/12/18 via the Amazon website. It would also be nice to have that disclaimer included on the Amazon website as well. Many of us had not visited the Aroma Outfitters website prior to ordering, so we would have no clue that the insert was an additional cost, While I have resorted to removing the slanted insert and I do have my box filled with more oils, I was really hoping that I could have them all neatly displayed in separate slots. I bought this box with the intention of having 100 slots to store my oils. The only other issue I have is the included foam. It does not fit properly at all. It falls out every single time you open the box. I don't want to have to glue it because that will ruin the integrity of the box. Think the foam inserts could use some measurement work so they fit better. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase, but I am deducting one star because the foam insert does not work properly and the information for this box on the Amazon website is not clearly stated.
