We’ve been busy at Aroma Outfitters the past few months.
I couldn’t possibly be more excited to announce the official launch of our brand new diffuser design!
Exclusively available in the Aroma Outfitters shop, our new Iron 500 ML essential oil diffuser is finally ready to ship—and there’s a lot to love about this affordable, incredibly well-made iron metal diffuser.
Just take a look at this beauty:
To be honest, we think it just might be our best design yet. The really unique thing about this diffuser is its iron metal material—no more plastic or fake wood, this diffuser is made to last. And yes, it’s durable as all heck.
You no doubt also noticed the beautiful design cover, which is available in a variety of vibrant colors. It lights up too, so it also functions as a particularly stunning night lamp. If you’re like me and you diffuse before bed to get better sleep, you’ll be happy to know that of course we included an auto-shutdown function so that the diffuser can turn itself off after you fall asleep.
This diffuser has a massive 500 ML water tank, which allows you to diffuse for up to a full 24 hours!
If you’ve been thinking about getting another diffuser for your home or office, or you’ve been wanting to get one as a gift for someone, we hope you’ll choose this one. It’s one of our favorite designs and we’re sure you’ll love it too.

In celebration of the launch of our new ultrasonic iron diffuser, we wanted to share with you a few tips on how to put it to good use! Below, we’ll discuss seven ways to rejuvenate your mind, body, and home with your new Aroma Outfitters essential oil diffuser.
#1 – Diffuse for “Brain Fog” Relief and Improved Focus
I have one of the new diffusers seen above on my desk as I write this, and let me tell you: once you start using a diffuser at work you’ll never want to be without one. With the right blend, the difference in mental clarity is noticeable.
If you can’t use an ultrasonic diffuser (i.e., you don’t have a desk job), you can still pick up a wearable diffuser or, if you drive a lot—you’d be shocked by how many long-haul truckers love essential oils—you can get a car vent diffuser.
One of my favorite mental focus diffuser blends is equal parts rosemary, sandalwood, lemon, cardamom, and basil essential oils. Diffuse it at your desk or anywhere and after about a half hour you’ll feel a big time pick-me-up that really seems to chase away feelings of “brain fog.”
#2 – Get Better Sleep By Diffusing
Did you know that a lot of people become part of the essential oil community because they were looking for a natural way to get better sleep?
Using a diffuser at night works so well for them that they become fully fledged “oilers” in no time.
If you’d like to enhance your sleep cycles and enjoy longer, more restful nights, a diffuser is the way to go. Learn more in our post Essential Oils for Sleep. You might also want to take a look at our post Everyone is Talking About These Essential Oils That Improve Emotional Health, because your emotional state greatly impacts your ability to sleep well—and yep, diffusing oils can help with that too.
#3 – Repel Insects Naturally
Do I really even need to explain to you how scary all the chemical junk in “traditional” insect repellent is? Since you’re here, reading this blog, I’m going to wager a guess and say that you already know.
Nasty as the stuff is, it’s effective at getting rid of bugs when you’re trying to have an outdoor dinner or, you know, have the audacity to hang out on your porch during the summer months. The good news is that you can repel insects just as effectively with your diffuser.
One of the most effective insect repellent essential oils to diffuse is citronella. Lemongrass works too, and insects also hate rosemary. Blending all of those together would make a pretty funky scent for your human guests however, so I’ve found that mixing citronella or lemongrass with peppermint and tea tree oil does wonders to keep the bugs away.
#4 – Raise Your Body Frequency for Surprisingly Positive Effects
If you haven’t already, I’d highly recommend reading our post How to Raise Your Body Frequency With Essential Oils.
If you’re new to the concept of body frequency (or you think it’s all hogwash), I go into pretty great detail in that post as to why frequency raising isn’t as “woo woo” as it seems. Your diffuser can play an instrumental part in raising your frequency, so do yourself a favor and give it a try!
#5 – Promote Hormonal Balance With the Right Diffuser Recipes
Your hormone levels regulate so much about your body, mental state, and mood that it’s actually really an amazing thing to understand when you start to look into it. Hormones impact your emotions, your weight, the quality of your sleep, how much energy you have, your memory, and so much more.
Needless to say, keeping your hormones balanced and at healthy levels is important. Using the right essential oils can help promote hormonal balance—clary sage in particular is a very effective essential oil. Anise essential oil can amplify the effects of aromatherapy with your diffuser.

#7 – Never Worry About What’s in That Scented Candle Again
I used to love scented candles. I used to—until I found out that the vast majority of scented candles you find on the shelf at the store have all kinds of nasty things in them like paraffin wax (which, when combusted, gives off some of the same chemical vapors found in exhaust fumes…) and heavy metals in the wicks. This isn’t even counting the gosh-knows-what is in all those artificial scents.
When you burn these candles and get that nice smell in the living room or your bedroom, you’re also inhaling all that other junk. If you must use candles, at least make sure they’re made of pure beeswax and be sure to also find out what kind of material the wick is made from.
However, a much easier solution to enjoying relaxing aromas in your home is… you guessed it! Your very own diffuser. (Bonus, you don’t have to worry about that whole fire hazard thing.) That’s yet another reason our new iron metal diffuser is so awesome—it lights up!
