Pictured above is the Aroma Outfitters Lava Stone Diffuser Necklace. In the center is a real “lava rock,” also known as a pumice stone. These stones have been unearthed (potentially after having rested in our planet for thousands of years). They’re volcanic debris, and as such, are incredibly porous.
