If you’ve been following the past few posts in this series (part 1, part 2), you had the chance to hear my “essential oil disaster” story which ultimately lead to the formation of Aroma Outfitters.

At the end of the last post, I mentioned that after I got my first decent storage box—which happened to be the same kind as we have on the Aroma Outfitters site—I told you that I wanted to tell you about a subtle benefit that the right storage case brought into my life.

Remember how I told you that before I went down the path of creating the perfect essential oil storage case I (foolishly) kept my essential oils in a big ziplock baggie crammed into a cupboard?

It wasn’t just messy. It wasn’t just ugly. It wasn’t just wildly disorganized.

It was demotivating me from using my essential oils.

And, if you’re anything like me, you want to start using your essential oils as all natural solutions for the problems in your life.

If you’re disorganized?

Well… it ain’t gonna happen.

The Biggest Benefit of All

If you don’t have a storage case for your essential oils yet, you’re missing out on what turned out to be the biggest benefit of all for me. Once I got organized, I was so much more motivated to use my essential oils.

No more digging around in drawers, no more searching for “that one oil I put somewhere,” not more reaching for that ziplock bag in the cupboard.

It may sound a little silly, but when I open my storage case and look at my oils, I feel proud. All of my little helpers are there on display, easy to identify and grab at a moment’s notice, just waiting for my next DIY project. It doesn’t hurt that the wooden case looks awesome. 🙂

Don’t disrespect your oils. Treat them right and they’ll treat you right. Get them organized and start using them.
